4. Face-to-Face Workshops
Enquiries and bookings for face-to-face workshops are handled separately via email.

10. Refunds and Cancellations
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days, subject to the rules that apply to digital content.
Where you request or consent to immediate access to digital course content during the 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked to give your express consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content has begun.
Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been provided and access to the digital content has begun, the statutory 14-day cancellation right will no longer apply to that digital content.
